I’m a strength and performance coach based in San Diego, focused on helping you become more durable.

As a Brazilian jiu-jitsu black belt with over eight years of training experience, I’ve spent nearly a decade studying movement under pressure. That experience, combined with structured resistance training, has shaped how I coach. I prioritize longevity above all else because the more consistently you can train, the more progress you’ll make.

I don’t believe in gimmicks, crash programs, or burnout cycles. I believe in intelligent programming, proper mechanics, progressive overload, and recovery that matches the effort.

I’ve worked with professionals in both private and corporate settings, building individualized programs that meet people where they are whether that’s returning from injury, building muscle, improving athletic performance, or simply feeling strong again.

My goal is simple: to help you become stronger, more capable, and more confident without sacrificing your quality of life.
