With over 15 years of personal training experience and a black belt in Brazilian jiu-jitsu I understand movement under pressure. That foundation combined with structured resistance training shapes how I coach.
I prioritize longevity above all else. The more consistently you train, the more progress you will make. No gimmicks, no crash programs. Just intelligent programming, sound mechanics, progressive overload, and smart recovery.
