  • Trial sessions are limited to one per person, credited to your first 4-week block when you sign up

  • Yes, a gym membership is separate from training.

    Club prices:

    • 3 months — $100

    • 6 months — $180

    • 12 months — $300

    Reimbursement:

    • Buy 3- or 6-month membership up front: eligible after 12 weeks with ≥85% attendance.

    • Buy 12-month membership up front: eligible after 28 weeks with ≥80% attendance.

    This reimbursement is applied as a credit toward a future 4-week training block. It is not issued as cash.

  • Make-ups allowed within the same 4-week period if space is available. Maximum 3 make-ups per 4-week period.

    Sessions do not roll over to the next 4 week training block

  • During your first session, I will assess your current strength, mobility, exercise history, injuries and goals. After that, you’ll receive a personalized training plan and hands-on coaching to ensure proper technique and safe progression.

  • No.

    All training is individualized within the pod structure. Movements are scaled based on your current strength, mobility, and training history.

    The only requirement is consistency and willingness to learn.

  • Pods operate on fixed schedules to maintain structure and programming continuity.

    Switches may be approved if space is available but are not guaranteed.

  • You can start anytime. You'll be charged only for the rest of that training block, then billed as usual during the next cycle.
